Transaction ID’S are receipts?
Wallet Statements are like Bank Statements?And only the holder of a private key can have a duplicate/triple/quadruple Bitcoin transactions ids? Transaction are also addresses? And Fingerprints through biometrics creates cryptography? Hash such as EC?That can prove ownership along with an Electric Signature that creates metadata? So Bitcoin do not have a time/space barriers because it follows the Natural Law.. And its just as is..IP, concensus,Timestamps, Proof of Work… Key Chained Digital Signatures.

No, the BIP39 spec includes 12 and 24 words. BIP32 is an earlier Bitcoin standard that is not to do with the mnemonic seed phrase.

Dave Scotese said that Exodus and Jaxx are not BIP39 either. These wallets should be avoided because they can’t be exported to hardware wallets or other wallets. Electrum desktop can import a BIP39 seed so there is no reason to create a wallet with Electrum.
