Hi Folks

I was transferring GALA crypto from Revolut to Coinbase and Coinbase have rejected it. I have now having major problems getting the GALA crypto back. Revolut are saying Coinbase need to supply me with a transaction hash ? Coinbase are pushing back saying no transaction has exists.

Is a transaction hash created for rejections ? If so Coinbase mush have this right ?

Many thanks

Hello,
I was trading in one of the exchanges, and made some good profits. I then requested for withdrawal. The exchange refused to honour the withdrawal, because, according to them, there was a bug on their system at the time of my trading, which made it possible for me to profit more than "usual". The cancelled all my transactions, and reset my account.
My question is, do exchanges control or "approve" the transfer of bitcoin or any altcoins from one address to another address on another exchange too?

You say, convert coins to alt coins to avoid fees. Then you say to use btc to transfer funds to another exchange. You're confusing me.

Hi there,

You can start with Trust wallet. It's a free mobile wallet which supports multiple cryptocurrencies. If you are looking for long term hodl then consider getting hardware wallet. Both Ledger and Trezor has support for multiple coins / tokens.

Thank you for your EASY to understand guides. I have invested in crypto with a view to holding for 2/3 years. On coinbase I have some bitcoin and some stellar, on Binance I have some cardano. I would like to transfer my cardano to coinbase, I assume I'll have to wait till coinbase supports cardano. which may be quite soon? Also could you please advise on wallets? Should I have one, and how to go about getting one. I'm not talking huge amounts of cash invested here, but around 5 to 6000. There appear to be plenty of sites telling me what to buy. But not too many giving impartial ground floor help. Thanking you.
